Choir Pasta is a young adult band founded by childhood friends Jonah Pennington, Franklin Pittman, and Timothy Vernor in 2015. While they have experimented in avant-garde rock, jazz, and electronic sounds, they have acquired most of their modest following through covers of Radiohead and classic rock groups like Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin at their live shows. Choir Pasta, now comprised of the three boys, Franklin’s brother Gram, and their close friend Seth Couchman, have performed at several local Austin venues (Whole Foods, Rudy’s, Dahlia’s) and private events.
